We process personal data only when permitted by law and for the following purposes:

SimpleDub uses AI-powered systems to process uploaded content and generate outputs such as translations and voice dubbing.

• User content is processed solely to provide the requested Services.
• We do not use user content to train AI models unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
• AI systems operate in an assistive role; final responsibility for the use of outputs remains with the user.
• AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and must be reviewed by the user.

This approach is consistent with the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, under which SimpleDub acts as an AI service provider, not a decision-maker.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary:

• User content is automatically deleted within 30 days after processing, unless you choose to store it in your account.
• Account data is retained for the duration of your account and as required by law.
• Billing and tax records are retained according to legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data.

We may share data only with trusted third parties, including:

• FastSpring (payment processing, Merchant of Record)
• Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers
• Analytics and security service providers
• Legal authorities when required by law

All third parties are bound by contractual obligations to protect personal data and comply with applicable laws.

Your data may be processed outside your country of residence, including outside the EU.

When transferring data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as:
